You may cancel your order, if you submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing the order. If the order is shipped before the request, you may still return the items for a refund. Please follow our return policy to return your unused items.
You must contact us immediately. There is a 24 hour grace period, once you have received the damaged item. There is no exception to this rule. Each order delivery has a tracking number with detailed information of the date and time of the shipment delivered. Please do not contact us after the 24th hour when you have received the damaged delivery. Your request will not be accepted. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and we will ship the replacement product to you for free. Please send us a picture and an e-mail describing the damage to email@example.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on what to do with damaged package. Please save all the packaging and contents.
